1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and regions across the United Arab Emirates, including:

• Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah: 1–2 business days.

• Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah: 2–3 business days.

• Remote/Non-Service Areas: Deliveries to certain remote areas may take up to 5 business days and might incur additional surcharges.

We offer Cash on Delivery

• Exact change is appreciated by our couriers to ensure a smooth delivery.

6. Wrong Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and UAE mobile number are correct.

• Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages
