Return & Refund Policy
1. Open Parcel Before Payment (Cash on Delivery)
We offer Open Parcel Before Payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across the UAE.
Customers can open and check the parcel in front of the courier before making payment.
If the customer is satisfied with the product, they can accept the order and complete the payment.
If the customer is not satisfied after checking the product, they may return the parcel to the courier immediately without making payment.
Once the customer accepts the product and completes the payment, the order will be considered confirmed and accepted.
2. Returns After Acceptance
If the customer accepts the parcel and later requests a return because they do not like the product or change their mind, the return will not be accepted.
3. 15-Day Replacement Warranty
We offer a 15-Day Replacement Warranty only for manufacturing defects.
If the product develops a technical issue (such as motor failure or functionality problem) within 15 days of delivery, the customer may request a replacement.
Replacement conditions:

The product must be in original condition

All original accessories and packaging must be included

The issue must be a manufacturing defect

Customer will pay a 20 AED delivery charge for the replacement
4. Physical Damage
Products that are physically damaged, broken, dropped, or damaged due to misuse will not qualify for replacement or refund.
5. Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement, customers must:

Provide the order number

Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
After verification, if the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement.
6. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

Customer accepted the parcel and later changed their mind

Customer does not like the product after delivery

Product is damaged due to misuse or accidental damage

Product is not in original condition
